Welcome to the forum.

Everyone is different and each IVA has its own requirements to satisfy the individual creditors. Depending on your circumstances you may have to release equity if you are a homeowner; there may be ppi to claim back from creditors .... These things can run smoothly if you work with your IP to bring everything together.

The key is working with your IP!
Sharing from experiences of dealing with debt

There is a solution for everyone .... Just need to stay positive !

I did my own PPI and paid it all over and don't own my own home..So for me its gone very smooth. The IVA itself been difficult because I missed the income and its been a struggle, but the actual last year been incident free from my IP. Mind you one payment left so I should not speak too soon :-/
IVA complete March 2014 after 6 years.
