Hi everyone,
Not posted for quite a long time. I hope all of you are well (for those of you who may remember me!)

Mine isn't a debt question but thought there might be somebody who could help point me in the right direction. I am desperately trying to get some life insurance sorted for myself and my little family. It's not really going according to plan at the moment for one reason and another so I just wondered if any of the lovely experts on here dealt with Life Insurance or could point me towards somebody who does. I need somebody that I can talk through the whole thing with. I get cold call after cold call from companies I have never heard of but this is an issue that I do need to sort out. Would make a slightly stressed Judo happy(er).

Just a quickie on the IVA front, I am now just awaiting the results from my 3rd, yes 3rd[:0] annual review!! So far, things haven't been too bad. I have no money [xx(] (severe case of in one hand and out the other) but we are getting by. Roof still over our heads, clothes on our backs and food on the table. It could be worse.

If anybody can help with my problem it would be much appreciated

Thankyou!

Hi Judo :-)

We used to have an insurance chap, John Tegg, if I recall correctly, but he hasn't been on forum for quite some time. I would imagine our mortgage brokers would have reliable contacts in the insurance field -- always worth an ask.

Ryan and / or Shaun -- details can be found under the "Ask a Question" link ( top left) and scrolling down to Experts Details.

Bitter sweet, Judo ---- the wife found a better looking play-mate which made the IVA's unviable, but, with extra payments and PPI, I had managed to meet the agreed dividend ( all but £200 ) and the creditors agreed to call it quits.

It has meant that little Foggy and I get a fresh, debt free start thanks to a lot of support and help from Grant Thornton and Karol :-)
