After paying F&F settlement 18 months ago, I am still receiving questionnaires regarding my PPI, despite telling DFD and Equity finance constantly that I never took any out. I feel that DFD are guilty of the same practices that the banks are, mis selling me an IVA that they can hold me in for the remainder of my life if they don't get a resolution that satisfies them.
Who is there to challange these IVA companies who are ruining peoples lives, years after supposed "settlements" have been paid?
I find it amazing that despite there being a number of complaints procedures, none of them seem to reference any official body with the power to actually do something about DFD's complete disregard for their customers. After all, with all of the fees that I have paid them, do I not qualify as a customer? Have I not paid my dues for my mistakes?
They remind me of those stories you hear of people buying laptops from men on the streets. They buy the laptop and get it in a nice shiny new laptop bag, but when they get home and open it, theres only bottles of water inside!
As you may have guessed, i'm seriously hacked off with DFD and feel I need to post this to warn others to go anywhere else but DFD for their IVA's.
Or alternatively, go to prison for murder, as its probably quicker to write off your debt and a more enjoyable experience!

I know where your coming from. I wanted to put in a complaint to DFD, but after my dealings with them during my IVA I felt I would be wasting my time. Decided to put it behind me once I paid my last payment. They could be good at times to be fair, but certainly not all of the time.
IVA complete March 2014 after 6 years.
