We have just had our 2nd review but my husband & i are separating my IP is aware of the situation.
We currently pay £255 pm & have 35 months left on our IVA, i might be able to borrow the money off a family member to offer a F&F BUT i know you times the amount paid each month by the outstanding months left so £255 x 35 = £8925.00 So how much should i offer for a F&F ????
You will now have two income and expenditure accounts if your husband moves out so it is likely that there will be no surplus left going forward. I would think an offer of £4-5k should be enough to close both IVAs as alternatively the IVAs look certain to fail.
