No -- there have been a couple of instances where there has been some confusion between the appointed insolvency firm and the creditor, some time down the line, where VB have contacted the IP on behalf of the creditor and helped sort it out.
I am afraid I cannot remember the exact postings or circumstances -- but they stuck in my mind at the time because most introducers simply cut you loose once you are handed over.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I would hope that those instances are few and far between - there should be no reason why an introducer firm should have to step in and chivvy (is that spelt right!!) a qualified and responsible professional along.
