I'm in an IVA with McCambridge Duffy. If I have a large PPI claim could I end early ?

I'm in an iva with McCambridge Duffy. If I have a PPI claim am I entitled to any of the money, or if it is large enough could I end my iva early?

Hi

It will go into your IVA, if there is enough to cover your original debt plus IP fees [less payments made] your IVA could end early

As Andy says the PPI will improve the return to creditors whether it is paid into the 'pot' or the creditor claims set off and reduces their balance.
