Sorry to hear about the breakup and I am sure the IVA is the least of your current concerns.

Speak to Barclays as they provide a cashcard account for people with financial troubles and with you being an existing customer there should be no trouble at all.

Barclays will open a cash card account for you, it has visa debit and DD facilities as long with phone and internet banking. You also get a very useful mobile app. I opened with them start of this month, despite still being in an IVA, I did tell them at the interview stage, they seemed quite happy to accommodate me.
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues

CoOp Cashminder seems to be a perennial favourite.

Secure Trust Bank, or the card based accounts: ClearCash, Cash Plus, Think Money etc. are also viable alternatives if you have no luck on the high Street.
My opinions are just that: Based on my experience and being a self-employed IVA customer.

Barclays are the best first port of call - given that you already have an existing relationship with them.
