Does the consumer credit act 1974 still cover me with regard to my IVA creditors ?

Hi, I don't know the answer to this one but will bump this back up in the hope someone else does.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I do not know either but I would assume that defaulting on the agreement would remove your rights but that is only a guess.

Some of the creditors do send annual statements and other do not. Does anyone know?
