I finished my Iva with grant Thornton in October of last year. I am still waiting for my completion cert. which is taking an age to come. I made the pip claims myself and sent all the proceeds to grant Thornton. They have records of all the payments and I have sent them 2 letters showing the payments into the Iva, I have asked them to send me a deed of no further claim to sign as I feel no other pip was miss old and have completed my investigations. I have had no reply and really don't know what else to do now. Phoning customer services seems to have no effect at all. Please can someone help!
You can lodge a formal complaint, through thei internal complaints system, however this will take 3 - 6 months to complete the cycle. If you are getting no contact a complaint to their regulators might push things along.
