I am seeking legal advice regarding DFD. I have had enough of their hideous lack of service and something needs to be done. I will keap you all up dated as I know their is a lot of us. Have an appointment Thursday at 2pm with solicitor so will up date you. My new year resolution is to not put up with their rubbish anymore! I have listed and evidenced every bit of contact so sets for interesting reading! [:(!]
Oh Nichola did you tell them you were seeking legal advice as I notice you've now got completion certificate via email (assuming this is what it was about) or is another issue? I'm not keeping up at the minute with the forum, new terms are always hectic.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
