Hi folks

It's been a long time since I last posted on here and there's been many changes in my life since.

I completed my IVA early back in 2013 and received my completion certificate in Oct 2013.

However I'm receiving statements from Max Recovery for HSBC loan and Mbna credit card. These were included in the IVA so why am I still receiving them 18 months later.

Is anyone else having this issue?

There are still notes on my credit file too but I guess they'll be on there some time before they finally get removed.

Pleased to say I'm debt free. Have a standard bank account with no overdraft and have no credit cards. There is light at the end of the tunnel and you can have a debt free future!

My only concern is what will happen if I need to move my mortgage.

You need to get your credit files cleared up. Look here:

http://pjgrecovery.com/clean-up-credit-rating.asp

Send copies of your proposal, Chairman's Report and completion certificate to those sending statements.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Are these zero balance statements?

I still get these during my IVA.

It seems like the debt was transferred away to an IVA management company but the account remains (at zero balance). Strange...
One pay-cheque away from oblivion!
