Has everybody with CF received notification of this? if so, how?

ive had 2 letters in total, 1 from original IVA company saying that CF were taking over, and another from CF informing me to change my bank details. Thats it..... nothing about a MVV?

thanks

Hi

A lot of threads on here about this all with questions and very few answers.

Make sure that if you disagree that you reply to them.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Most CF importees have also had a letter asking them to agree to new Terms and Conditions -- which is what the MVM is about. If you have not agreed to changes your case should not be included in the vote ..... however, some letters of late are now implying that no response is deemed acceptance ..... if it gets lost in the post ...... ???
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

I think their admin processes are inconsistent. I had proposed a full and final whilst with PJG. Have followed up on numerous occasions with CF. Like yourself had letter re change of IVA company and received red envelope requesting change to bank details. However, no mention of new T&C's. Thought it was because full and final in place so need to change T&C's. Then I was contacted to say cannot put your full and final forward as not agreed to new T&C's - but never received any information or request regarding these!!!!

Exactly the same as me. When I last spoke to them a few days ago, they said if I refused ts and cs they would put my offer through straight away, no problem.
