I offered 2 years of payments plus a further 6 months of payments. This process went smoothly and I personally found the best way to communicate was via email rather than phone calls.

IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
