Completed a lump sum IVA Feb 2009 and this has fallen off my records but as the monies werent paid until October 2009, some of the accounts show as partially settled in October and not the Feb. Thought no information, defaults etc could show up after the IVA date Feb 2009?
They will show as partially settled in the October, but the default, if a default was ever registered, should be dated the February.
The settlement date is irrelevant (and often not recorded at all) as the clock starts ticking from the default date, which should be the date the IVA was accepted.
