Hi All,
Haven't posted in ages but I can't believe a year has gone by already[:0]
I've had a letter asking me to complete my expenditure form, provide pay slips etc. I've no problem with the pay slips but the expenditure form looks a bit daunting!
I've not kept every single receipt but have a basic record and while I've paid my iva amount I haven't kept to the specified amount for dentist, clothes, entertainment etc. to be honest I can't afford the dentis and entertainment is a no go area - I just don't go out. Does it matter so long as they can see where my money has gone?

It should be just confirming DD's etc you pay
No receipts unless you have a massive expenditure cost to justify?
as far as I know

As long as the figures haven't changed drastically from before just copy them across. If any have increased by more than could be attributed to inflation you will need to justify the increase, other than that they won't ask for more.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

We didn't have to explain in any detail what we spent. Amended direct debit values from previous I&E and only needed receipts for what had gone up. When hubby changed jobs we printed autoroute mileages to show difference.

How you spend your own money is up to you and the advice above is sound. If your income has gone up make sure and increase the expenditure otherwise you could get an unnecessary uplift.
