Finished IVA two years a go with Grant Thornton and agreed with EIC to look in to PPI as instructed by GT,now after two years been instructed by Grant Thornton again to allow another firm Slater Hayward Law to look in to PPI with all the same forms to sign which we signed for EIC Whats going on will it ever close received CC over a year ago

If you have received your certficate it is unlikely GT can do anything if you do not sign. However it is also no loss to you if you do agree as you would be unlikely to be able to reclaim the funds yourself. As I mentioned in another post you could try and strike a deal with GT or just sign the paperwork and let them get on with it.

My feeling is that GT are trying to get PPI signed over on completed cases before any court judgement is made preventing them from doing so. It would be interesting to see what, if any, pressure GT could bring to bear to elicit your co-operation.
