There is a CCJ for £127 from May 2011 on my credit file. When I took out the IVA in Dec 2010 I missed this debt off my list of creditors but did send the info off to my IVA company at some point and asked for it to be included. But I can't find any records of this myself - emails or photocopies?
I was with Melanie Giles at the time PJG Recovery. So Creditfix took over my IVA just as my F&F was proposed. Should I contact Creditfix to see if they have any records of this? My IVA only comes off Dec 2016 and the CCJ will come off in May 2017 - do I just wait?
The debt is likely included if it was pre IVA. The CCJ probably should have been withdrawn once they became aware of the IVA but realistically you probably will have to wait until May 2017. Contact the credit reference agencies and see what they say.
