Just checked and my name has been removed from the insolvency register today, the record of my iva should also drop off my credit reports in January as that will be the 6th anniversary of the start of my iva, what a wonderful feeling [:D]
So to anyone whos in an iva keep at it as there is light at the end of the tunnel, i know its not easy but remember each monthly payment chips away at it a little bit more and although it does,nt seem like it at times its surprising how the end slowly but surely creeps up.
