Depending on the dates the IP could adjourn the meeting to get the vote. Unusual for TIX not to put a vote in isn't it?

Hi creditfix phoned my partner yesterday and told him that they had been getting through to people on the phone and being promised a call back but no call back was being recieved. They said they were finding it very difficult to get through to the people they needed to speak to and so they told us the full and final had failed. They said that they were keeping in touch with lloyds to build a relationship and when they had contact with the right person they would put our offer forward again. I dont understand about TIX should they have gone through them.all i know about HMRC is that they refused the offer i had a feeling they might be difficult but we were offering the same they would have had if the IVA had run its course. Its been a realy difficult couple of weeks but im hoping credit fix will be able to contact lloyds although i must admit im finding the situation hard to understand. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Xx

I really feel for you Karen and hopefully you will get a call today. With a bit of luck Creditfix will be able to get hold of someone at Lloyds.

It's bad that the full and final has failed but at least, at the moment, the IVA continues as it was.

You IP should try their best to get the vote, either from Lloyds direct or on their behalf from TIX (or any other party acting for them). During the call did they tell your partner where they were with Lloyds then?
