URGENT
I am still on the IVA register and want to be taken off. I never wanted to be on it. I have the paperwork from the company that did it. I have called 5 times over the last three weeks, but have not received an email

Hi and welcome.

It will take up to three months to come off the Insolvency Register once you get your completion letter.

Unfortunately, if you did an IVA then you would be on that register.

Which company were you with?

As has been said it can take up to 3 months to be removed my Iva was completed officially on the 8th of Feb I'm keeping a check on it but don't expect it to come off before 3 months.

I do agree that we should never have been put on a public register but unfortunately that's part of an Iva

Was that a long while ago? As I notice on the bottom of the register it says they will stay on for 3 months following completion don't know if it always said that?

It has always said that. I did a full and final in September 2013 and husband completed his in April 2014. I know that Foggy phoned them and said that he knew of people who had come off before the three months and they denied it happened!
