when the last payment for the iva has been paid ,if hubby does overtime before we get the certificate do we need to pay it to them or can we keep it as we paid the last payment
As long as your IP confirms that the last payment has been made, for the avoidance of doubt, employment related income is yours. Only windfalls ( lottery wins, inheritances etc.) and PPI need be declared.

Agree with Foggy that once you have made your final payment it will be yours to keep.
