F&F accepted and paid VN. Told they are not dealing with accounts. This is very stressful.

I was wondering if anyone can assist. I had my F&F offer accepted by creditors and paid the amount in Varden Nuttal account. Was told was in administration but IVA will complete. Checked there website and says that they are being allowed to trade and deal with the day to day running of consumers accounts to avoid any disruption to customers. When I called them to see when I can expect my account to go into final process and CC to be issued I'm told by VN staff that they are not dealing with any accounts yet. This is getting very stressful now and just want it to be over.

The administrators will need to appoint new supervisors before anything substantial can be carried out on accounts, over and above the normal day to day admin. Certainly no completion certificates can be issued by admin staff.
