I am hoping I may get some settlement advice.

My Husband has an IVA and my mother is selling her house and has offered to gift some money to settle the IVA out of the proceeds.

We are just wondering how much we should offer. When the IVA agreement was first drawn up he was paying £220 per month, he now pays £380. I am unsure whether we need to offer to settle based on what he pays now or if we can offer based on what he was paying at the start?
