Many members have had these letters --- there has been no relevant high court ruling regarding charges paid in an IVA and the firm are simply ambulance chasers.

How can companies still use names that to the uninitiated sound as if they are an official body or government body? Surely there is some complaints procedure to company's House or where ever to stop them.
