Just a sticky issue if the CRA fail to amend in correct information on your CRA file despite sending evidence and the creditor in question refuses to change the data can you complain to the FCA / ICO? My IVA completed 6 months ago and CAPQUEST refuse to acknowledge a credit card debt which was in the IVA and purchased from Vanquish.Capquest still show the debt amount and default with the same balance. This is affecting my score. Can anyone advise me? I can put a notice of correction in I guess. But surely you can sue both the CRA and Capquest for misinformation?

I doubt you would be able to sue them unless you had a lot of money for fees.

You should send a copy of your completion letter to the creditors concerned, tell them to remove the entries otherwise you will take it further.

You can complain to the ICO . However the things you mention will not be affecting your score -- defaults will show up to the 6th anniversary of the start date of the IVA, as well as the IVA itself -- which is the white elephant in the corner of the room.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
