Hi, can I still use my catalogue account if i use the pay balance off in full ? I know I don't have the credit option anymore obviously or would I have to set another account up to do this ? Just thought I'd ask as its not credit it's basically cash.
It is still a credit account with the potential to borrow, so it should be closed. If paying off in full ( ie buying "cash" ) you would be better buying elsewhere as catalogues are not the cheapest.

Thanks foggy I wasn't sure if I was still able to order and pay it there and then on the same account I know I can't order via the credit option, just I thought I'd look and found something in the sale that's cheaper than what I've found in the shops it's not expensive that was the only reason why i was asking. Thanks though
If there is a "pay as you go " option, it might be OK. Using a credit option, even if paying it off right away is the no no. And, although not intended for this, many arrangements do allow credit up to £500 without the permission of the IP -- Check your paperwork

We're allowed upto £500 but Im going to ask the catalogue and see what they say On this as its not exactly credit really.....we're awaiting the closure of our Ivas and money paid to all creditors there was abit of a hiccup as we paid our f&f in August even though we know we have no credit for another few years I just want to be nosey now haha
Just spoke to my catalogue and they said the cash option is fine to use from my account even though the credit option has been closed, I would of thought all parts of my account would be closed but I still can't set up a new one and jus use the debit card option as it says there's already an account in my name and email address very odd if you ask me haha
