How do you get in touch with Payplan?I have contacted them via email on a number of occasions but no reply.When i ring everyone is busy and you end up speaking to someone who knows very little about you or your case.No a happy chappy

Try phoning again and asking to speak to someone senior -- if they can't pass you on ask for details of their complaints procedure. If that fails escalte the complaint to their regulators.

Payplan is undergoing a "restructuring" exercise at the moment and, it has been reported, losing a high percentage of staff. But, this should not be allowed to impact on their customer service!

Are you signed up to Payplan plus? If so contact them via that. I always found that they got back to me quite quickly.

Do it the old fashioned way - write a letter and send it by recorded delivery. Keep copies of everything in case you need to make a formal complaint.
