Hi and welcome,

Highly unlikely I'm afraid

Is there any reason why you would want to?.

To swap companies yourself would involve costly court proceedings and, for all intents and purposes, cannot be normally done.

Might I ask why you are considering this action ?

In short, No.

Once your Supervisor is appointed that is it unless they transfer it to another IP or the Court forces them to.

Per above - why do you want to change IPs, what is the problem?

You can but you are high likely to fail your current IVA and lose all the money paid into the IVA to date.

HI Debt Guru please can you shed some light on how you think the debtor could 'swap' her IP?

Thank you

I think D-G is talking about failing the current arrangement and re-starting afresh with a new IP, rather than transferring an existing arrangement.

As a point of interest - which company are you with and how long have you been in your IVA?
