Have sent email to our case officer re meeting but no clear reply but just had email from variance department asking for authority and house valuation (even though valuation had been sent last September and authority letter 19/1/17),
I hope this is a good sign that things are moving did phone and spoken to another case officer who said it will take 3 months because of the volume of meetings I did say it should be 28 days as per iva protocol but they appeared to ignore what I was saying.
Variance team have sent paperwork to account department to work out new figures can anyone on here explain what does that mean?
And why do they want ouse valuation again?
