Hi Hope17. Do not worry about the shared ownership value as I am sure we will have details of that on file. If we have a valuation and a mortgage statement we can estimate the value of the co-ownership share and that will suffice.

I have spoke to Roisin who is the manager of the supervision team here and by all means ring either of us and we will sort this out quite quickly. Sorry for the confusion but it is easily cleared up.

Thank you Michael. I really appreciate it. Requested the redemption statement last Thursday, still not had it. Chased up yesterday with Halifax but they've refused to reissue until today, at work so can't see if it's arrived but will request another just in case. The amount was £68,500 approx though. (she did say more specific figures but i didn't have a pen).

Today or Monday at the latest is the day we have to inform re the redundancy though it still has to go through a formal process then, otherwise it will go to a full service review with no guarantee of the same amount being available at all and as I said I feel very sure that redundancy will apply to me in any service review.
