Hi,
Had my F & F accepted 2 weeks ago, paid them the funds yesterday.. I then came home from work today to find a letter from DFD saying another creditor has approached them that was not included in my agreement!!!
shock horror, I'm now thinking I'm going to have to go through this whole process again, just after I finally felt the black cloud lifting could I be back to square one :-(......I have dug through my paperwork as I remember sending them info on this particular 'creditor', luckily enough I saved every correspondence between creditors and DFD and I have found that 3 months after my initial IVA hearing I contacted DFD to say I had another creditor that had been missed... it went back to court for amendments and I have the copies from the court which lists them as a creditor.. surely this means they were included and it won't effect my settlement??

If anyone could advise I would appreciate, as I now have to worry all weekend till DFD open again Monday to find out what will happen :(

Hopefully Laura will comment ( not until Monday though ) -- she is DFD's representattive here. I would imagine, though, that they were included but maybe forgotten about by DFD -- which should be DFD's problem, not yours !

I agree. If this was sorted early in your IVA they should have updated their records and sent the creditor the claim forms/notice of a final dividend.

Thanks everyone for the replies, I emailed laura along with all my paperwork including the info when the creditor got added to my agreement, she responded immediately and is currently working on it.
Once again thanks laura for acting so quickly on this matter for me.
