I paid my last monthly installment in nov 2016, since then I have been trying to get my final statement to enable me to complete my side of the Iva, a month ago I was given a figure on an email but no final statement, I have offered to pay this figure but freeman Jones refuse to give me bank details to pay this and I still have not received my final statement, so I can be sure of what I am paying. Please advise what further steps I can take to get the statement to enable me to complete.
If you have paid your last monthly installment then, assuming you have made all agreed payments regarding overtime, equity, etc, there should be no further payment to be made and the completion certificate should have been issued.
