Good evening. Does anyone have any experience on dealing with Aperture on closures. My wife and I both had IVA's. My wife's last payment was in November and she received her completion certificate around 6 weeks later. Very good I thought. However, I made my last payment on the 25th February. As of yet still no conpletuon after 17 weeks. All I get is the standard answer that it is progressing.
Any advice welcome? Really need to get it sorted and move on.
Thanks
Mark

Aperture ( when Grant Thornton) used to be the slowest ( 6 months at least) but, as Aperture have improved considerably. Unfortunately they do deal with different aspects on a departmental basis, which slows the start of the process down.

The news I have been waiting for arrived today. Only on the telephone but hey ho. Not received the certificate as yet but checked on the register and my name has gone. What a relief. It has been the hardest 7 years of my life by far. Is there a way of getting things removed from your credit reports without paying the £15 a month fee's etc. I have already had the free 30 day trials in the past? Any info greatly received. Thanks Mark

Morning All.

Is there a way of getting things changed/removed from your credit file without paying the £15 monthly fees.
I have previously used the free 30 day trials. Need my IVA removing & also some accounts that should not
be showing as they were part of the IVA. Thanks Mark

Have a read here for general info:

https://www.iva.co.uk/what-does-an-iva- ... dit-record

Also have a read of the last few entries on my blog about my credit clean up -- link in the signature block below. For a comprehensive check you will need statutory reports from each of the three agencies at £2 a pop. You can then get corrections made via the websites or email.
