Hi all, absolutely delighted to have come to the end of my IVA recently but after contacting Aperture today feel a little disappointed as have been informed could take anywhere between 3 to 6 months to receive completion certificate. I was hoping to acquire a mortgage that I have been discussing with Zebra but now looks like I will have to wait a lot longer than first thought. Is this correct and has anyone else had experience of this?

Aperture used to take the full 6 months, but have improved recently. Hopefully these are ouitside (long stop) estimates and the certificate will arrive much sooner.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Good evening. I have good and bad news. My wife & I both recently completed with Aperture.
My wife's took less than 4 weeks. However, mine was nearly six months.
Keep smiling. It could be worse.
