Hi guys,
I completed IVA in July and had CC last week. My car is about to drop apart, so I took the decision to see if I could get credit. Went to Peugeot not expecting great things, and it came back 'pending'. The underwriters have now asked for 3 months worth of bank statements which I have produced and am now waiting on the decision. Think
It's with Peugeot financial services. What do you think my chances of being accepted are?

I am assumimg they are looking at cash affordability --- if you have the surplus to make the payments you might be OK -- at least they are looking at it, rather than an outright refusal.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Is the IVA still on your credit record and has it come off the Insolvency Service site yet?

It can take up to three months to come off the register. When are your six years up?

It should be off by October - you may be lucky and find it's sooner - just keep checking.
