You should be contacted by Aperture to inform you of the change - no idea how long that will take.

I just looked at their website and it is still up and running with no mention of a takeover.

At the moment, as far as I can make out, the whole operation, including staff, are now under the Aperture umbrella. I imagine, at least for now, it will be business as usual from the clients point of view. Let us hope that Aperture has learnt from past mass aquisitions.

Thank you for all the replies however after speaking with Aperture they have no idea of any take over and they also told me that there were no future plans of them taking over dfd/fairpoint. As for dfd and after another 2hours 45 minutes of being on hold on the phone i am still unable to contact them. This is an absolute joke. They've obviously taken their fees and cleared off. Pfft

It looks like they've got away with taking 6 years of my money and left me stranded not knowing what to do or how i get my certificate of completion. To do what they have done without even informing their clients is disgraceful.

Your money and IVA will be protected and will be sorted. The new Supervisor will be in touch -- however, it might take some patience ! I am afraid such things are commonplace in the business world and secrecy is often a requirement in such dealings until the "deed is done".
