Online calculators are only a guide and are often way off the mark as they cannot take into account all of a persons circumstances ... you need to have a chat.

You can contact someone like Stepchange or you could contact a fee-paying debt management company. Alternatively you could contact the CAB and administer one yourself so it depends on what you think would be best.
