I spoke to national debt help yesterday! I found them on the net! Are they a real company! As on fca website it says cloned company? I spoke to Alex and he would set up an Iva for me! If they are a scam which company is the best for me

I cannot recommend a particular company, but some members might tell you their own experiences. Personally I wouldn't look at the large anonymous firms --- they are often under resourced and, at best, treat you like a grain of sand on a large beach ! There are a couple of firms highly recommended on here and a wander around the forum will find them, as well as the site sponsors themselves.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Trawl through the forum and you will be get a feel for a few company names - my advice would be to approach two or three and see which one provides you with a greater sense of comfort.
Don't just jump at the first one - not always the best. Remember they will be your best friend for five years so you need to feel comfortable with them.

Lot's of smaller firms post on here and get good ratings. Just have a look around the forum and see what people have to say.

They appear to run an IVA reasonably well -- but you are going to be lost amongst too many more clients. If you encounter a problem they do not allow you to speak directly to the IP and their whole ethos regarding communication stinks.
They do have many happy clients, but, if I were to be in that position again, I wouldn't be one of them.

I'd be happy to chat to you and give you some advice to see if an IVA is viable.

You do need to speak to more than one company before coming to a decision.
