Can I help my daughter with living expenses and Gollage expenses such as rent im currently on a iva only on my 6th payment any chance of a reduced payments to help her ?

I can't see why this would be permitted unless she is classed as your dependent.

I agree with Lisa - I doubt you would be allowed to help. Can she get a part time job to help out?

Currently on a iva only in to my 5th payment ,my daughter currently away at collage will I be able to help with living expenses for my daughter if I request a lower monthly payment to my creditors ?

No, I doubt the IP nor creditors would agree -- that would effectively mean the creditors are paying your daughter's expenses.
