How come we have a shortfall ?

We been told we are going to have a short fall in are IVA we have not missed a payment and only have 1 year left and we finished so how come we have a short fall when they worked out the payment monthly with the credits.

You need to ask your IP to explain. Have there been any undeclared increases in income ? Was there a minimum dividend imposed ?

Shortfall of what?

i.e creditors are not being paid in full? That's common and shouldn't be a problem.

What exactly have they said?
