Hello, I've just been transferred from Knightsbridge to Creditfix and they got me to do an online review - which I have done but it's showing completely inaccurate! It is saying my average earnings is £3000 a month. I'm freelance and this is not the case the most I earn't in one month this year was £2450 but I didn't earn anything in the next 5 weeks. Never mind the business expenses. They have counted all my business expenses as 'leisure' and holidays. But I haven't been on holiday! I photographed in france and greece this year - but it was work - I flew out and flew back. It says my disposable income is £870 which absolutely isnt the case. I have been struggling so much I recently moved back in with my mom because I can barely afford anything - never mind the IVA. I'm really scared now as knightsbridge always understood my situation and I would send them in my bank statements, and highlight all the business expenses along with my business accounts. What can I do? I've tried calling but it wasn't helpful - they said to just to leave it as it was and if they up my payment I can talk to them about it - but what if I get put in arrears? I don't have any money in my account at the moment. It's my last year of an IVA and I have never once failed on a payment. I'm so scared. Knightsbridge never made me feel like this.

I am afraid CF cases are handled by office staff and it is impossible to speak to your IP directly -- I would suggest writing to him, by recorded deleivery (keeping copies) setting out your concerns and the previous arrangement with Knightsbridge.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I'm sorry you're having to go through this worry. I'm sorry I don't have any advice for you, I'm in the same boat and also so worried. I am only 11 months into my iva and had finally settled down into feeling like I was getting my finances (and life) back on track and now I'm terrified they're going to put up my payments or not be as understanding about my somewhat complicated situation.
I have not yet signed the agreement to the increase in fees as I understand from reading bits on here that I'm not obliged to, but I'm so worried about my impending review.
Really hope things get sorted for us both.

Oh gosh, I'm only half glad to be in the same uncertain boat as someone else! Though I am so sorry that you have felt that way too. I haven't even received paperwork from them! Just one phone call telling me I had to complete the online review that. Then I got 2 emails and 2 text messages about it within 24 hours. I felt really worried so after checking out the truth of the switch I logged on to do this eve and now in a world of worry! It counted so much as the wrong thing so I was going through changing it and it still didn't make sense. I've since read that you are able to send paper copies if you'd prefer - which I has wish I'd known sooner. There's just so many complicated things since my two accounts are so linked. My mum lent me some money one month and they've counted that as income even though I gave it back! Hope it works out for you too. I'll let you know how this pans out if I get to sort it!

I thought I had responded to this but now I can't see it so perhaps I didn't! I have so far emailed them after the phone call to put my concerns in writing. And I'm now gathering up my bank statements and accounts. The online way of working it out made now sense - my train travel, food when on the road all went under entertainment. Which isn't the case - where they plucked my average earnings from I don't know! As my accountant would laugh at that. I haven't been told who my IP is yet, first I knew of anything was a text message thanking me for my payment...which is very worrying! Thank you as good to know I'm on the right track.

Shaza: If you transferred to CF they cannot force you to do annual reviews online. If you started with them I am not sure of what you might have agreed to in this regard. but would assume you still have the right to refuse to give them TPA to your bank account, but would still have to provide hard copy statements as they require.
