Hi just wanted to give you all an update as you have helped me along the way. Our variation has finally been put to creditors and the meeting to add up the votes is 23rd feb. I just hope they accept.

hi im not wanting to count my chickens, but I do hope that I can get my credit file tidied up I was wondering if and when the iva is final and I get certificate after 6 month or so will all the creditors show as settled? as at the moment the creditors on my file are showing d for default.

Some will show settled, some partially settled and some still active. The important thing is that the creditor lodged a default dated around the start of the IVA --- in which case everything will disappear, regardless of it's status, after 6 years.
