Hi,

My mum has offered to pay my iva off. I am13 months in and £15,386 left to pay , do you think £14,000 is a fair offer ?

If £15,386 is the total of remaining scheduled payments, considering you will be saving them nearly 4 years of admin costs, I think £14,000 is a generous offer.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I agree --- you can always "up" it if they say no first time round.
