Thank you to everyone for your replies
I have just rung my IVA people and they said I paid 100 pence in the pound and they would have very little interest in any further PPI compensation.
I feel more reassured now.
I would like to thank everyone for your advice.
There IS life after an IVA.
Doesnt seem like it but there really is.
Thank you everyone and dont give up

Hello everyone.
I just wanted to say thank you to all of you for the advice.
I contacted my IVA Supervisor and they have advised that as I have paid 100 pence in the pound they would have no interest in any future PPI claim.
I feel more reassured now.
Good luck to anyone in an IVA.
Never give up.

Just to add to this topic - My IVA fnished in June 16 and I've now just received a letter from my old bank to say they are paying out PPI on 2 old loans and a credit card and its upwards of £25k - they have said in the letter they have sent a copy to my IVA company as I was previously in an IVA and they are sending a cheque to them within 28 days!!
This bank previously paid over £6k to my IVA anyway and I am aware that any future PPI needs to be paid to the IVA but I've worked out that I only missed paying 100p in the pound back by around £5k. It shows I paid 93.3p back plus fees. The amount the bank are paying out now is more than my original debt!
I've emailed Aperture ( I was with Cleardebt originally) a few days ago when i got the letter but no reply as yet.
I wasn't aware of any more PPI claims but the bank contacted me last year to ask me to fill out a form online and this is now the outcome.
My question really is - if Aperture get this cheque, they can take the amount that remains from my full debt but then would the rest be returned to me??
It's kind of a life changing amount even after the remaining debt would be paid.
I know it's money I've not had but I cannot see why they would keep it all when it's way more than my original debt and I've already paid most of it.
Would I be correct in my thinking?
Thanks

Hi Susieq -- they will take whatever amount is needed to make up the full 100%, cover fees and possible statutory interest. Anything left over should be refunded to you. The way Aperture is working at the momet, it might take some time but keep pressing them
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
Thanks thats what I was thinking, which is what I had to sign before I got my certificate. Don't worry, I will keep on at them as its too much money too ignore, for me anyway. Thought I was seeing things when the letter came through.
