Hi All

I just want to check that I am right about something. All the creditors that were listed in my IVA, have stated different default dates. I believe these should be all the same, and be the date of the IVA Agreement. Some close to this, but some are a few months later?

Any adivce appreicated.

Hi.

All defaults should be back to your original default date. If not send them your completion letter and tell them you need them to remove defaults.

You are correct ... have a read here: https://www.iva.co.uk/what-does-an-iva- ... dit-record

But also ask yourself if a few months is worth the possible angst of dealing with the creditors again.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
