Unless your HA has any insolvency clauses it should make no difference.

The noly difference I can see is that your IVA will not be extended by an extra 12 months to cover lieu of equity in your property if you owned it.

My only question would be is your rent up to date or do you owe your landlord money ? If you do then they would need to be included as a creditor in an iva situation.
