I have finally after 7 months got a meeting date!! im very worried though I have a complaint going at the same time, the complaint person has not contacted my supervisor yet though, but im terrified that they might cancel the meeting or postpone it because of the complaint, ive waited so long and it's such a big weight lifted to even get the date set, I just want to stop worrying, can they just change it whenever they want to or have good reason? thanks, I have had the letter confirming everything and the date, and the creditors have bee informed also.

Best of luck.

The complaint will not justify them cancelling or adjourning the meting - that is a completely separate issue.

Allowing a complaint to affect their ongoing commitment to a high level of service would be worthy a complaint in its own right.
