Great news ! I was getting a little bit jumpy there !
Thank you for your kind words -- the whole team here as well as the members are happy to help, as, of course, am I .

Hi guys

sorry to dig up the past, thought id be back here saying here my completion certificate... but still waiting... :( when the final amount was paid was told would take roughly 2 months to complete... heard nothing and contacted them over the phone and was advised shouldn't be long. A month later, i emailed again and then was told 6 months the whole process can take.

Over 6months on now and I tried calling on Monday was in a queue for 25mins. emailed them and got a normal auto response... but it says freemanjones trading as harrington brooks... when researching online seems like harrington brooks went into adminstration last month and was took over by freeman jones :(

gonna try calling again tomorrow, but thought i'd give an update. hope i'm worrying about nothing.

regards Imran

We posted a Notice of Full Implementation to both yourself and your creditors 09/03/2018 accompanied by financial details of contributions received, fees taken and distributions made to them. I have attached a copy of the document to this email.

Your Notice of Full Implementation constitutes a 'certificate' for successfully completing your IVA and should be kept in a safe place should you be challenged about debt previously included within your IVA.

It is the responsibility of your creditors to update credit reference agencies; we do not contact them and have no jurisdiction over their records.

Information will remain on your credit file for 6 years from the date of your original virtual meeting of creditors which was held 14/11/2012.

Details of how you may build a positive credit score can be found on the internet.

We sent a form to the land registry to remove the restriction that is on your property on 02/03/2018.

We also contacted the Individual Insolvency Register with details that your IVA is complete and their records have been updated 09/03/2018. The Insolvency Register will take up to 3 months to remove a name off the register once the Notice of Full Implementation has been issued .

==================

i believe thats me done :) I have requested for another copy to be posted out but they have included a copy in the email anyway.

Just want to thank you guys here for your support and advice
