Hi, my father passed away last year and I am the executor of his estate, my dad had it written in his will that my share will go to my children because he didn't want his money to go to the IVA company, anyway the sale of his house is about to complete and all the money will be transferred to me to distribute to everyone, should I inform the Iva company and send them the will as proof, just checking if they will question why the money is being put into my kids account, do they have any right to check into their accounts?
I don't see that it's relevant as this is not an asset of yours, you are simply the Executor and as long as the funds go to your children per the Will I don't think the IP needs to be informed.
As long as the kids are named as beneficiaries and you are not the IP doesn't need to know. The kids accounts are their private business, not your IP's.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
