hi, I started a new job just recently, in my last job i was paid outstanding holiday pay which will take me over the 10%. what's the process for holiday pay is it classed as a bonus?

I would assume it will be treated under the 10% 50/50 rule. Advise your IP of the amount paid and they will tell you what is due to the IVA.
